Q: Does 4GT.com sell to the general public?

A: Yes. We sell to the general public, government, and LE/Military in Canada, the USA, and worldwide.


Q: Does 4GT.com ship internationally?

A: Yes. We ship to:

  • All provinces and territories in Canada
  • USA (states/territories/APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Worldwide

Most products are available to international customers. Some products can only be shipped within Canada.

Q: Is the product I want in stock?

A: If the "Add To Cart" option is available then the product is in stock and ready to ship. Online inventory is tracked in real time. Approximately 95% of the products on the 4GT website are in stock at any given time, ensuring that nearly all products are ready to ship! All products are stocked in Canada.


Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We use Canada Post for all shipments. International shipments are delivered by couriers in the destination country that are partnered with Canada Post. Please contact us if you have any questions.


Q: Where is 4GT.com located?

A: 4GT.com is located in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.


Q: I'd like to pick up my order in Nanaimo, rather than have it shipped... Is this possible?

A: Yes. Please place your order through the 4GT website and enter coupon code LOCALPU in the upper right when viewing your 4GT shopping cart. That will remove any shipping charges in your 4GT shopping cart. Then contact us at 4GT@4GT.ca to schedule a time to pick up your order.


Q: I'd like to have my order delivered to a shipping forwarding service... Is this possible?

A: No. We do not ship to forwarding companies. Orders addressed to forwarding companies are cancelled and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: Most forms of payment are accepted, including: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, PayPal, EMT/e-Transfer.

**** We reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses, unconfirmed buyers, and shipping forwarding companies, or to not process suspicious orders. These kinds of transactions may be cancelled with the buyer being responsible for payment processing fees and possibly restocking fees, and/or recovery fees for shipments.


Q: The product I want is not in stock, or it is not included in the current 4GT line-up... Can I special order it?

A: Yes. For brands we currently carry it is very likely that the product can be included in our next stock shipment. For other products/brands, please contact us with your details.


Q: I ordered a product that was in stock, and now it shows it is out of stock. Is your inventory tracked in real time?

A: Yes. If you order the last item in stock then it will show as out of stock immediately after your transaction.


Q: I would like to cancel my transaction. What is the best way to do this?

A: Orders are sometimes processed within minutes of being submitted. Please contact us as soon as possible via email (4GT@4GT.ca) to cancel your order. This also helps us to ensure stock numbers are accurate, as the products within an order are no longer available to other customers while the order is waiting to be cancelled.


Q: Does 4GT price match?

A: Yes. If possible, 4GT will match any price in Canada, the USA, or Worldwide. Please note that the competitor's product(s) must be in stock.


Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Yes. Discounts depend on the brand and the amount ordered. Bulk purchasers/dealers/manufacturers/gunsmiths please contact us for a quote, or if you have any questions.


Q: How soon can I expect a reply to email inquiries?

A: Most email inquiries are replied to within a day. However, sometimes emails are bounced back, or are otherwise undeliverable for various reasons, or they end up in spam/junk folders. A: Yes. We are always interested in quality Canadian or USA made products, but international inquiries are also welcome. Please contact us with your details.
