Q: Where is 4GT.com located, and where do you ship?

A: 4GT.com is in the city of Nanaimo, which is located in British Columbia, Canada. We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, all USA states and territories, and many countries worldwide. Shipping Details

 

Q: Is the product I want in stock?

A: Approximately 95% of the products on the 4GT website are in stock at any given time, ensuring that nearly all products are ready to ship! If the "Add To Cart" option is available then the product is in stock. All products are stocked in Canada.

 

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We use Canada Post for all shipments. International shipments are delivered by couriers in the destination country that are partnered with Canada Post. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Q: I'd like to pick up my order in Nanaimo, rather than have it shipped... Is this possible?

A: Yes. Please place your order through the 4GT website and enter coupon code LOCALPU in the upper right when viewing your 4GT shopping cart. That will remove any shipping charges in your 4GT shopping cart. Then contact us to schedule a time to pick up your order.

 

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: Most forms of payment are accepted, including: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, PayPal, e-transfer/EMT/wire transfer. Please contact us to pay via e-transfer/EMT/wire transfer. Please include the items that you want (SKU and quantity), and your complete address in your message.

 

Q: Where can I find customer reviews about 4GT.com, and reviews for products sold by 4GT.com?

Q: I'm a Canadian customer... What is the best way to order, and when will I get my tracking number for my order?

A: Please create a 4GT account. Account holders receive updates and their tracking number directly through their 4GT account when orders are processed. Customers that checkout as a "guest" must contact us via email to get their tracking number. Orders are usually shipped 2-3 times per week. All Canadian orders ship via Canada Post Expedited with tracking. Please contact us if you do not get your tracking number within ~3 business days of placing your order. 

 

Q: I'm a USA customer... What is the best way to order?

A: Please create a 4GT account. Account holders receive updates and their tracking number directly through their 4GT account when orders are processed. USA orders usually ship via economy Small Packet Air (no tracking). If tracked shipping is preferred please contact us prior to ordering. Orders over 2kg automatically ship either via Expedited USA (Tracked) or USA IP (Tracked).

 

Q: I'm an international customer... What is the best way to order?

A: Please create a 4GT account. Account holders receive updates directly through their 4GT account when orders are processed. The 4GT website is setup to process international orders using Tracked International Packet (Tracked IP). Tracked IP is not available to all countries. Please contact us prior to ordering if economy Small Packet Air (no tracking), or XpressPost (Tracked) is preferred, or if Tracked IP is not available to your country.

 

Q: The product I want is not in stock, or it is not included in the current 4GT line-up... Can I special order it?

A: Yes. For brands we currently carry it is very likely that the product can be included in our next stock shipment. For other products/brands, please contact us with your details.

 

Q: Does 4GT price match?

A: Yes. If possible, 4GT will match any price in Canada, the USA, or Worldwide.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts for LE/Mil customers?

A: Yes. Please enter coupon code LEMIL5 into the coupon code box, found in the upper right of your screen when viewing your 4GT shopping cart for 5% off your order.

 

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts and/or sales to dealers?

A: Yes. Discounts depend on the brand and the amount ordered. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts for manufacturers and/or gunsmiths?

A: Yes. Please contact us with your details.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally? What about export restrictions?

A: Yes. Most products are available to international customers. Products with export restrictions are listed here.

 

Q: How soon can I expect a reply to email inquiries?

A: Most email inquiries are replied to within a day. However, sometimes emails are bounced back, or are otherwise undeliverable for various reasons, or they end up in spam/junk folders. If you have not received a reply within ~3 business days then please send us another message at:  4GT@4GT.ca  and/or  fourthgentactical@shaw.ca  and/or call us at the number below with your details.

 

Q: Does 4GT.com have a contact phone number?

A: Yes. We are always interested in quality Canadian or USA made products, but international inquiries are also welcome. Please contact us with your details.

 

Q: Is 4GT looking for any Canadian manufacturers to produce 4GT and/or Darkon brand products?
